1. Are you available on my wedding day?

- Please check our availability page for the date that you want to book, you will be able to see our availability. Then, fill out the contact form (required for wedding services only). We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please book at least 6-7 months in advance.

2. What is the wedding booking process?

- First, check our availability page Then, check the service prices for the wedding packages OR individual service . Please don't forget to check our policy.

- When you are ready to book, you can navigate to the contact page. Fill out the contact form on our website.

- After receiving all the information, we will email you the quote, which will have the service timeline, final cost, deposit method, and more.

- Once you've confirmed with us that you accept the quote and that everything is correct, you can make a deposit via Zelle.

- After receiving your deposit, we will send the final bridal contract to your email. You will need to sign it and email it back to us to complete your booking.

 

Please understand that your wedding date and time are only secured when we receive your deposit and deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please preview our policy before sending deposit.  

3. Will I have to travel to you or can you work on-site?

-We provide on-site service for wedding packages as well as five full non-bridal services (5 hair and 5 makeup) for any event in Houston and the surrounding areas. Please note that a travel fee might apply. We will need your address to give you the exact amount of the location fee. 

-For booking fewer than five full services. We will provide our services at our studio 3013 Fountain View Dr Suite 180N, Houston, TX 77057

4. What’s your standard rate and what does that include?

- Our service starts at $200 for special event makeup and hair (45 mins-1hour). For more information about our services, please check our services page

 

5. Can I book a wedding makeup and (or) hair trial appointment?

- Yes, we recommend our future brides book makeup and/or hair trials before the wedding. Monday-Thursday Trial is available from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

6. How long does the trial take? Would you like to see my inspiration board?

- The bridal makeup and hair trial always take 2-2.5 hours, and yes, please share your inspiration board with us. We would love to know your style and what you would love to have on your wedding day. 

7. Should I bring my hair accessories to my trial?

- Yes, you should. We will not provide any hair accessories. For hairstyles, we recommend you to check Pinterest for inspiration. Using keywords: bridal hairstyle, bridal hair updo, bridal half updo, bridal trendy look, asian bridal look etc.

  

8. Do you have a portfolio of your work I can look at?

9. What beauty products do you use?

- I only use high quality products from Temptu Pro AirbrushMAC cosmetics, Danessa Myricks, Huda Beauty, Makeup by Mari, Makeup by Mario, Urban Decay, Anastasia, Laura Mercier, Tarte, Fenty Beauty and more. 

10. What is airbrush makeup?

-  Click here to read more about airbrush airbrush makeup uses compressed air to spray a fine mist of foundation onto your skin. It is often used for wedding day makeup because it gives your skin a smooth, natural finish that hides blemishes and imperfections. 

11. What wedding makeup look would you suggest for me?

- We can create any makeup look. However, for bridal makeup, we always suggest our brides choose a soft glam look with neutral colors like brown, bronze, rose gold, champagne, etc. to bring out their most natural beauty while still looking classy and perfect for photos.

12. Are you able to do my bridal party’s makeup as well? Do you have a team of assistants or will you be the only artist that day?

- Yes, we are. We normally have one makeup artist and one hairstylist to work for a party of 3–5 people. It still depends on the wedding timeline for any large party that has 8–12 people. We will have more artists work with us. Please note: The location fee will be paid separately for each artist and $100 for an additional artist. Please discuss with us to find the best option for you.

13. Can I see your contract?

- Yes, we will email the final contract for you to sign after we receive your deposit.
